Cookie policy

We understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website and how you can manage them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files automatically stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your visit history, and adapt content to your needs.

Cookies managed solely by Creditonline are called first-party cookies. Cookies placed by other organisations (for example an analytics or security provider) are called third-party cookies.

2. Cookies on this website

This website does not set cookies. It does not use local storage, tracking pixels, or similar technologies to keep information on your device, and it loads no third-party content when you open a page - fonts, images, and scripts are all served from our own servers. We do not use advertising, social media, or profiling cookies.

The one exception is the spam check on our forms, described in section 3. It runs only at the moment you submit a form.

3. Spam protection on our forms

The contact, demo request, and Zentra early access forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a real submission from an automated one. Without it, the forms would fill up with bot traffic.

Turnstile loads only when you submit one of those three forms - not when you open the page - and it is not present anywhere else on the site. When it runs, your IP address and basic technical information about your browser are sent to Cloudflare, Inc., acting as our processor, for the sole purpose of confirming the submission is genuine. In its default configuration Turnstile does not set cookies, and the information is not used for advertising or profiling.

Because the check runs only when you actively submit a form, and the form cannot be sent without it, we treat it as strictly necessary. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the personal data you send us through those forms.

4. Managing your preferences

Because we place no optional cookies, there is nothing to opt out of and no consent banner on this site.

You can control cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every modern browser allows you to view, block, or delete them; check your browser's help menu for instructions.

5. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cookie Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies. For information about how we handle your personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
